Packup, a new age romance, starring Vasam Naresh, Asha Prameela formally launched, AM Rathnam claps for the first shot

Directed by GVS Praneel, Packup promises to throw new light on romance and is set to commence its principal shoot soon

Newcomers Vasam Naresh and Asha Prameela are coming together for a Telugu film titled Pack Up. GVS Praneel will be helming the film to be bankrolled by Panuganti Sharath Reddy under PGP Productions (Panuganti Productions). The film was formally launched in Hyderabad this week, an event graced by leading producer AM Rathnam. He had clapped for the first shot for Pack Up as well.

"We're thankful to AM Rathnam for blessing our team today. There were a lot of twists and turns to the film before the launch and I'm happy it's being made on a huge canvas. We've a great team and are confident fo scoring a hit. It feels wonderful to be launched with a good story and I thank the director and the producer for the opportunity," Vasam Naresh said.

"A lot of people in the industry tell that they wanted to be a doctor and ended up being an actor. However, I am a doctor by profession myself and turning an actor now. I hope to impress audiences and the film garners acclaim upon release," Asha Prameela shared. The director Praneel added that the film will have necessary ingredients to cater to the tastes of youth and family audiences. "We'll shed new light on love with the film," he stated.

The producer Panguanti Sharath Reddy feels that that Pack Up has a good story to tell and the director has picked fine actors to headline the film. Pack Up is set to commence its principal shoot soon. The cineamtographer YV Sridhar, music director Subhash Anand, VFX head Vijay Raj were among others who were present at the film's launch.
