Paatal Lok Season 2 was one of the most-awaited series of 2025. Now it has finally landed on the OTT platform on January 17. Starring Jaideep Ahlawat, Ishwak Singh, Tillotama Shome, and others, the second season has received rave social media reviews. Created by Sudip Sharma and directed by Avinash Arun Dhaware, the series follows Jaideep's Hathi Ram Chaudhary who is now subordinate to Imran Ansari (Ishwak Singh) after the events of last season. While Ansari investigates the 'high profile' case, Chaudhary is tasked with finding the missing husband of Jamna Paar slum woman Geeta Paswan.

As the second season drops on Prime Video, fans took to their X accounts and shared their reviews and they seem to have loved the plot!

Like the first season, Paatal Lok Season 2 also won fans' hearts. The crime thriller of Prime Video once again proved why it is one of the most loved series. The series sees Jaideep Ahlawat and Ishwak Singh reprising their roles as Hathi Ram Chaudhary and Imran Ansari with the addition of Tillotama Shome joining the cast.

Jaideep reprised his dedicated police officer role, Hathi Ram Chaudhary. Abhishek Banerjee was seen in his Vishal 'Vish' Tyagi, also referred to as Hathoda Tyagi role. On the other hand, Ishwak Singh as Imran Ansari, Gul Panag as Renu Chaudhary, Neeraj Kabi as Sanjeev Mehra, and others received praise.

Meanwhile, Tillotama Shome joined the cast of Paatal Lok Season 2. Along with her, Nagesh Kukunoor and Jahnu Barua also joined the cast of the new season.
