Gear up for the most-awaited Paatal Lok Season 2 as it is finally releasing on January 17 on Amazon Prime Video. Created by Sudip Sharma and directed by Avinash Arun Dhaware, the series will see Jaideep Ahlawat and Ishwak Singh reprising their roles as Hathi Ram Chaudhary and Imran Ansari with the addition of Tillotama Shome joining the cast. Jaideep Ahlawat as Hathi Ram Chaudhary
Jaideep Ahlawat will reprise his dedicated police officer role, Hathi Ram Chaudhary. In an interview with The Times of India, Jaideep said that he didn’t feel as struggle to get back into Hathiram Chaudhary's role after a gap of 4 years.
He said, “Hathiram felt liberated by the end of season 1, he didn’t have to prove himself in front of his wife or son or colleagues. He’s more calm now and has accepted the situation. Also it wasn't difficult to go back to Hathiram as it’s a role that is very close to me, and I had a lot of memorable time with it and revisiting it was like going back home."
Abhishek Banerjee as Vishal
One of the OG cast, Abhishek Banerjee will reprise his role as Vishal 'Vish' Tyagi, also referred to as Hathoda Tyagi. He is shown to be a criminal with a dark past. His character has received a lot of love in season 1.
Ishwak Singh as Imran Ansari
Ishwak Singh portrays the role of a rising police officer, Imran Ansari. He works with Jaideep's Hathi Ram Chaudhary. It will be interesting to see how he supports Hathi Ram and deepens te plot of the series.
Gul Panag as Renu Chaudhary
Gul Panag plays Hathiram Chaudhary's wife, Renu Chaudhary. The show derives complexity from Renu's character, which provides insight into Hatiram's struggles and personal life. In Paatal Lok season 2, she will reprise her role.
Neeraj Kabi as Sanjeev Mehra
Neeraj Kabi plays Sanjeev Mehra, a morally complex news anchor in the Amazon Prime Video crime-thriller Paatal Lok. He was once a hero in the world of journalism. He has a separate professional life and personal life that is constantly in conflict.
Swastika Mukherjee as as Dolly Mehra

Tillotama Shome as a police officer
