The saga revolves around Kichu, a happy-go-lucky youngster, who wishes to settle abroad with his girlfriend Kalyani. With the help of his father Chachan, Kichu is roped in for a mission where he’s paid to be friends with a rather mysterious lonely man David, gangster who has lost his memory and has confidential information about a consignment.

Kichu gives a nod to the offer, gradually befriends and wins the trust of David, who takes up a job as a popcorn seller in a theatre. There’s a twist in the tale when a gang compels Kichu and pushes him to help David regain his memory. Aneesh Gopal Siyad Yadu and Amalda Liz too play important roles in the film that was also co-produced by Arya under his home banner The Show People.

With music by Arul Raj Kennady, the film has cinematography by Gautham Sankar and is written by S Sanjeev. While the film released in Malayalam on September 8, it released a couple of weeks later in the Tamil version. Will its Telugu version find takers even after the Tamil/Malayalam original’s availability on another major platform? We’ll know this week.
