India's first OTT awards event is back after a year of hosting the successful affair to celebrate the incredible stories, actors, and filmmakers on OTT. OTTplay Awards, the pan-India OTT awards show, is set to be held on October 29, 2023 in Mumbai. Among the multiple categories of accolades, here's the list of nominated actresses for the Best Actor - Female in Web Series.
Sobhita Dhulipala (Made In Heaven Season 2)
After much anticipation, the second season of Made In Heaven was released earlier this year on Amazon Prime Video. As the last instalment, the drama series garnered huge praise from fans, while Sobhita Dhulipala among other actors in the show won fans' hearts with her incredible performance.
Rajshri Deshpande (Trial By Fire)
Based on true events, Netflix's Trial By Fire tells the after-events of the deadly Uphaar cinema fire, when two grief-stricken parents fight for justice after losing their children in the tragedy. Rajshri Deshpande portrays and excels in the role of an extraordinary woman fighting for the truth.

Shefali Shah (Delhi Crime Season 2)
Shefali Shah strikes to be the best police officer in town to bring the capital of the country to justice and nab the serial killers and thieves spreading nuisance in the city. Similarly, like the first season, the versatile and talented actress gathered great attention and applause from cinephiles all over the world.
Sonakshi Sinha (Dahaad)
Dahaad is one of the most loved crime thriller dramas on OTT this year. Created and directed by Reema Kagti and Zoya Akhtar, the Amazon Prime Video series stars Sonakshi Sinha, Vijay Varma, Gulshan Devaiah and Sohum Shah in major roles. By portraying the role of a stunning and fierce police officer in the man's world and in one of the most patriarchal societies in the country, Sinha won the hearts of the fans.
Karishma Tanna (Scoop)
Based on a significant time period of the life of former crime reporter Jigna Vora, the Hansal Mehta and Mrunmayee Lagoo Waikul- created and directed series revolves around a female journalist, who fights for justice when finds herself into the nexus of police after getting falsely accused of a media personality's murder case. Scoop is available to stream on Netflix.
