After the smashing success of season 1, Aarya season 2 was one of the most-awaited too. Post the numerous applauds, the show has been recognized at OTTplay Awards 2022 too.

This is for season 2 so it's even more special, there is going to be a season 3 we will be back here or for 5 and 6 (laughing) but thank you to the entire team and Disney+ Hotstar, to all my actors because without my actors we are nobody. Thank you so much."

Vinod eventually added, "Thank you to the jury, specially for me and Kaps(Kapil) he (Ram) gave us the opportunity so thank you Ram, thank you very much. I always say thanks to my team. Thank you very much."

Kapil also spoke briefly and said, "Thank you so much. It takes a village we're very honored to be here but it's really up to the team, the writers, all the way to the editors, our camera people and the cast of course, which is why we are here."

Aarya is a crime thriller drama that is now available on Disney+ Hotstar. The series, which also features Sushmita Sen, Chandrachur Singh and Sikandar Kher, is produced by Madhvani under the label Ram Madhvani Films in collaboration with Endemol Shine Group.

For the uninformed, the first OTTplay Awards and Conclave, a high-profile event from the house of Hindustan Times, aims to recognise the best performers, filmmakers and web series from all over 10 Indian languages and a diverse variety of OTT platforms who made their debuts on streaming platforms in the previous year.

The discussion centered on how OTTs will alter the entertainment business in the future and included leaders in the OTT sector, celebrities, content creators, marketers and technology enablers. The event commenced on Saturday, September 10. The OTTplay Awards, which is India’s first Pan-India OTT Awards Show, will be back next year.
