Oru Kattil Oru Muri teaser shows Poornima Indrajith as a houseowner fixated on a cot

The makers of the Malayalam upcoming film Oru Kattil Oru Muri released its teaser hinting that the movie is all set to hit the big screen soon. In a previous poster released recently, they confirmed that a release date would be announced soon. Poornima Indrajith, Hakkim Shajahan, and Priyamvada Krishnan are playing lead roles in this movie.
In the teaser, Priyamvada Krishnan, the tenant, and Poornima Indrajith, the houseowner, are seen making a single bed. It shows the former and the latter engaging in a cordial discussion. She does, however, appear to be telling the young tenant to settle in, even though the cot belongs to the homeowner. The one-minute clip does not feature the faces of these characters. Film enthusiasts are eager to see a trailer that will reveal more about the story and characters.
The first look of the film was out earlier this year, revealing Poornima, Priyamvada, and Hakkim’s looks in it. Kismath-fame Shanavas K Bavakutty is directing this movie. Renowned Malayalam scriptwriter Reghunath Paleri has written the screenplay for Oru Kattil Oru Muri. The supporting cast includes Ganapathi, Shammi Thilakan, Jaffer Idukki, and Vijayaraghavan.
Poornima to play a Tamil woman in Oru Kattil Oru Muri
In a recent interview with The New Indian Express, the director disclosed that Poornima Indrajith portrays Akkamma, a middle-aged Tamil woman. He continued by saying that although he had initially considered a few well-known actors, he truly wanted someone new who had never taken on a part like this.

And even though she thought a more famous actor would command a higher salary for the movie, he had assured her that she would be ideal for the role.
Last year, the actress starred in both the Hindi web series Kaala Paani and Nivin Pauly's Thuramukham. She appeared in the Rajeev Ravi directorial as Nivin Pauly’s mother. It is anticipated that Poornima will work on a few other projects in addition to Oru Kattil Oru Muri.
