Operation Valentine Box Office Collection Day 3- The Air Force drama was promoted a lot in the last few days before its release. Directed by Shakti Singh and was released on March 1, 2024. Though the initial reviews have been good, the film failed to take off at the box office.

The Manushi Chhillar starrer has completed its first weekend at the box office and has made just Rs 6 crore worldwide in its first weekend which is poor. The collections on the weekend were also quite dull for the action drama giving an idea that it will fizzle out before the film completes one week of its run.

Varun Tej went all out to take the film deep into the audience but that did not escalate in openings one bit. Right from day one, the occupancy for Operation Valentine in Telugu states was just 50%. One of the biggest reasons for this was the basic subject matter of the film. The Telugu audience is not used to such Air Force dramas and already a few have watched Hrithik Roshan's Fighter which had the same storyline of Puwalma attacks.

Varun Tej needed to score a hit under his belt but it looks like he needs to wait a bit more to enjoy the success. Operation Valentine was also released in Hindi and the collections in the north were dismal as there were absolutely no takers for the film.

Operation Valentine OTT platform details

By the looks of it, Operation Valentine will be out on Amazon Prime by the end of March 2024 which is one month after its release. Varun Tej has only one film in his hand as of now. He is working on a film titled Matka which is being directed by Karuna Kumar who made the hit film Palasa.

We need to see when he will bounce back into the scene yet again. He worked hard on Operation Valentine which was also his Hindi debut. But sadly, the film has failed to take off at the box office. Watch this space for more updates.
