Koffee with Karan Season 8: Karan Johar is back with yet another steamy episode of the popular chat show. The ace director invited two of his ex-students for some gupshup on Koffee. Gracing the couch were Sidharth Malhotra and Varun Dhawan and it is only fair that their partner in crime and Karan's third and most loved student (as claimed by Varun), Alia Bhatt, also contribute to the episode.
During the episode, Karan shared with Varun and Sid that the show's team had a special byte from Alia. In the video, Alia thanked Sidharth for giving her the “first love” of her life, her cat Edward, and revealed some lesser-known “facts” about her alleged ex-boyfriend.
While thanking Sid, Alia shared, “I’m very thankful to Sid because he’s given me the first love of my life, which was Edward (her cat)." In the video, Alia also recalled the first time she met her two Student of the Year co-stars. The actress quipped it was an "unforgettable debut because of my unforgettable mistake.” During their first appearance on the controversial couch, Alia didn't get the name o the President of India right and received a lot of backlash because of it.
Further on in the video, Alia revealed some interesting and unknown facts about her Kapoor and Sons co-star, sharing that Sid is a great singer. Alia said, "Sid is a 10, but he could be a 20 if he just sings more often and more openly.”
Sharing another interesting fact, Alia revealed that Sid is not a party person but is very good at getting a party started. “People run away from him at parties,” she added.
The third and most amusing fact that the Gangubai Kathiawadi actress revealed was, “He would be the first person to fall asleep at his own birthday party,” she said, and Karan added, “That’s because he got drunk.”
For the uninitiated, the only time Varun, Sidharth and Alia appeared on the show together was after their debut film, Student of the Year. After that, Alia and Varun made an appearance together on the show, and just last week she was on the couch with her 'nanad' Kareena Kapoor Khan.
