K-pop boyband EXO’s singer Chen has taken over the internet after his wedding pictures and videos surfaced on social media platforms recently. The music artist, a proud father of two children, reportedly married his non-celebrity girlfriend in the presence of his close relatives and friends on October 22.

The private ceremony was attended only by close-knit family members and friends. However, few pictures and videos were shared by the wedding guests and fans are swooning over the fairy-tale wedding party. The splendid wedding décor with white flowers gasped the attendees with excitement.

One X user who has been a loyal EXO fan for over ten years expressed his heartfelt wishes with crying emojis, and shared, “ugly crying right now seeing chen's wedding update i've been an exo l for 10 years & now i'm seeing one of them get married. couldn't be any happier than seeing my idols do what makes them happy. stay in love & congratulations, jongdae!”

Heartfelt letter wins hearts

Earlier in 2020, Exo’s Chen took to his social media account and awed his fans after announcing his marriage and first child, giving his fans a double shot of happiness. The artist had penned a heartfelt letter to officially announce the arrival of his first child and also revealed his plans to get married to the love of his life. In the letter he thanked his agency SM Entertainment, and his group members for supporting him in his life’s important decision.

Chen and his partner were blessed with a baby girl in April 2021, and shared parenthood again in January 2022 with the arrival of their second child.
