OMG 2 box office collection day 9: Akshay Kumar film Rs. 300 crore club in India
OMG 2 box office collection: After nine days of release, the movie has finally surpassed the 100 crore mark.

At the box office, Sunny Deol's Gadar 2 and Akshay Kumar, Yami Gautam and Pankaj Tripathi's Oh My God 2 are competing against each other. 'Gadar 2' is currently a Rs 300 crore movie, but Akshay's movie is also rapidly gaining popularity. 'OMG 2' eventually reached Rs 100 crore on its second weekend despite competition in the Hindi and South belt. OMG 2 was one of the most awaited films of 2023 which is a follow-up to the popular 2012 movie with Paresh Rawal.
After nine days of release, the movie has surpassed the 100 crore mark. Early estimates indicate that it made 10.5 crore net on Saturday, bringing its domestic box office total to 101.58 crore.
OMG 2 made a total of 85.05 crore in its first week of release in India after opening at a nett 10.26 crore. After making 6.03 crore nett on Friday, the movie saw a significant increase on Saturday. The movie has so far generated 129 crore net worldwide, according to the web, after taking in 21.5 crore net abroad.
The plot of the movie, which also stars Yami Gautam as a lawyer and Pankaj Tripathi as a devotee of Lord Shiva, centers on a middle-class parent who wants to raise awareness about a delicate but important issue. OMG 2 calls out prevailing misconceptions while highlighting the value of sex education.
Akshay Kumar plays the avatar of Lord Shiva in the Amit Rai-directed movie. The satirical comedy-drama is a follow-up to the popular movie "OMG- Oh My God!" from 2012. Cape of Good Films, Ashwin Varde, Vipul D. Shah, and Rajesh Bahl are the producers of the movie. Film's creative producer is Dr. Chandraprakash Diwedi. Amalendu Chaudhary handled the movie's cinematography.
