Not just Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan trailer but Akshay Kumar's OMG 2 teaser also to be attached with Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One's theatrical release

On July 12, the globe will witness the premiere of Mission Impossible 7 the greatest action spectacular ever created. The film has been met with rave reviews from critics around the country, and early ticket sales point to a massive opening weekend. The film is much anticipated in India, and Viacom 18 is making every effort to give the action franchise a wide release. Now, the Oh My God 2 teaser, featuring Akshay Kumar, Pankaj Tripathi, and Yami Gautam, will be included with copies of Mission: Impossible: Dead Reckoning One in India.

Oh My God 2 will be released on August 11, 2023, and as per reports in Pinkvilla, Akshay and his team are ready to begin the promotion of the film by releasing a teaser. On July 12, the teaser will be affixed to prints of Mission Impossible 7 in theatres across the country, even though the digital release will primarily occur on July 10.

A source close to the production told the entertainment portal that the teaser has been rated 'U' with a runtime of 1 minute, 34 seconds. This movie is a continuation of the 2012 cult hit Oh My God in which Akshay plays the role of Lord Shiva, and is being billed as a social comedy with a lot of bite.

It's noteworthy that Viacom 18 is the distributor for Mission: Impossible in India. The teaser for Oh My God 2 isn't the only one included with copies of Mission: Impossible 7 in the packaging. This coming July, Viacom 18 will release Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani another movie under Karan Johar's direction. The source further mentioned that in India, the prints of MI 7 come with a teaser for this three-minute-long family-friendly film.

As part of a direct deal between Red Chillies Entertainment and Multiplex Chains, the Jawan trailer starring Shah Rukh Khan will be shown at key properties across the country. The two in-house assets are, however, permanently connected to the Mission: Impossible prints.
