Boney Kapoor opened the flood gates when he confirmed that he was indeed working on No Entry 2. We have the latest update from the movie here.
No Entry 2 Female Cast Gets Three Additions?
Tentatively titled No Entry Mein Entry, No Entry 2 is a movie that is currently creating a lot of buzz. Every update around the film is making it to the headlines. A new report suggests that Manushi Chhillar is going to be a part of the comedy-drama. It was earlier learned that the film is going to have around 10 actresses, with Arjun Kapoor, Diljit Dosanjh, and Varun Dhawan being the leading men.
Now, a report from Mid-Day suggests that Manushi Chhillar, along with Kriti Sanon and Shraddha Kapoor, will join the cast of the 2005 No Entry's sequel in pivotal roles. This time, the multi-starrer comedy will reportedly feature double roles played by the leading men.
The 2005 film No Entry starred Fardeen Khan, Salman, and Anil Kapoor in the lead roles. Just after the news of the sequel broke, Boney Kapoor, in an interview with News18, shared that Anil is not happy with the filmmakers' idea of not casting him in the sequel. After this interview, Boney's words took the internet by storm. The filmmaker then issued a clarification, saying that his words were taken out of context.
In his lengthy clarification, Boney said, “I am shocked and surprised that the press has made an issue of a very lighthearted and not very successful attempt at humour when I said, ‘Anil is angry with me’. The fact is, the film I am proposing to make doesn’t have either Salman (Khan) or Anil because both of them are very busy stars. So, instead of thinking of making it with them, I decided to make the sequel with a younger generation."
He added, “To think that either of them can be upset with me because they are not a part of the sequel of ‘No Entry’ is an idea totally absurd and ridiculous. No Entry sequel may have needed them, but they don't need the sequel. This comment has clearly been said only in humour.”
On the work front, Manushi is currently looking forward to the release of her upcoming action drama alongside Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan. While Shraddha Kapoor is making headlines for the much-awaited horror comedy Stree 2, Kriti Sanon is basking in the success of her recently released history comedy Crew alongside Kareena Kapoor and Tabu.
