Netizens react after a video of Anil Kapoor holding Sobhita Dhulipala close while posing for the paparazzi went viral

A video of Bollywood star Anil Kapoor holding Sobhita Dhulipala close while posing for the paparazzi went viral on social media, sending internet users into a frenzy.

Recently, Sobhita Dhulipala and actor Anil Kapoor were seen together promoting The Night Manager: Part 2. After the event, paparazzi asked Anil and Sobhita to stand together for a shot. Anil appeared sharp wearing a dark grey pantsuit and black aviator sunglasses. Sobhita, on the other hand, stole the show in a seductive blue-hued satin high-neck gown and a chic bun.

But what grabbed everyone's attention was how Anil Kapoor can be seen in the video holding Sobhita Dhulipala tight as they pose for the cameras.

The video from the event was posted on Reddit, which has drawn a lot of criticism. In the video, Anil Kapoor is seen squeezing Sobhita Dhulipala from the waist while posing for pictures. But from her uneasy reactions, it was clear that Sobhita was uncomfortable with the seasoned actor's overture towards her. And hence, a certain section of the internet, though, wasn't really pleased with how the entire show turned out.

One user wrote, "Aww, you can tell she feels a bit uncomfortable, but she’s smiling through it to be a ‘good sport." Another one wrote, "That’s disgusting." One user called Anil, "Tharki". Another social media user commented, "So a man who's nearly 70 years old acts with a 30 year old girl and it's called a nice jodi? He is tucking his fingers into her tummy there. These things are so uncomfortable for a girl, how do these girls even breathe in BW? It's a nightmare." Some also wrote, "That's so creepy wtf!!"

Anil Kapoor previously spoke about his time working with Sobhita and filming some sensual sequences. He told News18: "Sobhita and I had some tough scenes and I was nervous to a certain extent because I haven’t done such kinds of scenes with any actor before. She was so supportive and wonderful that it helped me greatly. I might be experienced but youngsters sometimes don’t realise how much working with them and having their support helps me. The more time you spend in this business, the more difficult it becomes sometimes."
