Netflix ropes in Bhagyaraj for a quirky video to promote the latest season of Sex Education

The Tamil fans of Sex Education were in for a surprise when Netflix released a seven-minute video to promote the popular series in an unexpected manner. The OTT giant roped in popular Kollywood actor-filmmaker Bhagyaraj to headline a short film which emphasized the need for having sex education at homes and schools for today's children.

Starring Ajit Koshy, Dhananjayan, Pramod, child artist Saicharan and Karthick along with the Kollywood veteran, the short, written by Arjun Manohar, has been directed by Baranidharan. Barath Dhanasekar has composed music, while Ronan Mathew has cranked the camera and Albert Vivian Joseph has handled he editing.

The video titled Sex Talk has Bhagyaraj creating awareness among his three friends on the need to initiate conversations pertaining to sex while spending time with their children. It begins with one of his friends coming to Bhagyaraj to express shock over finding a condom from his son's room.

However, a poised Bhagyaraj consoles him by saying that there isn't anything unusual in it and that a condom is like an abdomen guard which is used while playing cricket to protect ourselves.

A few moments later, another friend of his expresses concern over his child having access to unlimited content on the internet. Bhagya replies that curiousity about sex among children is quite common and that they will end up having misunderstandings if parents do not teach them the right things about sex.

He advices friends to indulge in open conversation about sex to their children. As the conversation continues, one of his friends' son ask them what they are discussing, to which Bhagyaraj replies that they have been discussing about the show, Sex Education. Later, he urges his friends to watch the popular show, which according to him, presents so-called controversial topics in an entertaining way.
