#NBK107: Duniya Vijay joins the shoot of Nandamuri Balakrishna's next with director Gopichand Malineni

The popular Kannada actor received a grand welcome on the sets of NBK107 on Monday

Nandamuri Balakrishna, who delivered the biggest hit in his career with Akhanda last year, is leaving no stone unturned to give his best for his next, his 107th film with director Gopichand Malineni. Shruti Haasan has been roped in as the female lead of the film bankrolled by Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar under Mythri Movie Makers. Kannada actor Duniya Vijay and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar too essay crucial roles in the action entertainer. The yet-to-be-titled film's principal shoot had commenced recently.

Earlier in the week, Duniya Vijay had joined the shoot of NBK107. The makers, confirming the same, had released a still from the sets as well. "From the sets of #NBK107 💥💥 Sandalwood sensation @OfficialViji joins the shoot 😎 NATASIMHAM #NandamuriBalakrishna @shrutihaasan @varusarath5 @megopichand @MusicThaman @MythriOfficial," the social media post by Mythri Movie Makers read. The film also marks the Telugu debut of Duniya Vijay and he couldn't have asked for a better start to his career in Tollywood.

When the team had released a few glimpses from the sets of the film in February, many had speculated NBK107 as the Telugu remake of the Kannada hit though the makers denied the claim. The makers insist that the film is based on true incidents. S Thaman is scoring the music for the film while Rishi Punjabi is on board for the cinematography. AS Prakash is the production designer with Navin Nooli handling the edits. Sai Madhav Burra pens the dialogues.
