Nayanthara turns Shah Rukh Khan’s leading lady in her Bollywood debut

South Indian superstar Nayanthara to make Bollywood debut alongside Shah Rukh Khan under the direction of Atlee. Stardom is a very common face all over India. She predominantly appears in Telugu, Malayalam and Tamil films. The 36-year-old actor is famous for her roles in Ghajini, Love Action Drama, Chandramukhi and Puthiya Niyaman is all set to step foot in Bollywood and her fans cannot keep calm.

More details on the movie are yet to be out and for the time being. It’s being reported that Nayanthara’s character will have a well-sketched-out-female lead and that is something which comes in her effortlessly. Whereas SRK is expected to play a dual role in the film respectively.

Talking about it, a source told Pinkvilla, “Both Atlee and Shah Rukh Khan have been in conversation with Nayanthara for a while now and things have finally fallen in place. The actress has come on board the action thriller and the paperwork too has been done.”

The source further shared that it's a pan-Indian film and it's set to be an out-and-out commercial film. SRK will not just play the lead but also produce the much-anticipated project.

Shah Rukh Khan is currently working on Pathan and is yet to contemplate as to which movie he should begin the shoot with; filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani’s movie or Atlee's film.

Whereas Nayanthara will next be seen in Rajinikanth's action-drama Annaatthe and Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal, a romantic-comedy also starring Vijay Sethupathi and Samantha Akkineni.
