The untitled film to go on floors next month.
Nawazuddin Siddiqui is gearing up for his next venture to play a customs officer. The upcoming project reunites the talented actor with the Serious Men producer Sejal Shah, who will be serving as a director in the anticipated film. The Sacred Games actor has already started training for sports like Karate and Hurdling for the untitled movie, which is based on a real-life story and is set to go on floors soon.
According to a source close to the development, the first shooting schedule will be held in Goa, following that the filming will soon move to Mumbai. "They will be filming at real locations, recce for which has already been done by Sejal. Casting for the leading lady is currently on. Nawaz has started prepping for his part too," the source added.
The script of Sejal's directorial, which goes on floors on April 20, is penned by the OMG: Oh My God! and Angrezi Medium fame writer Bhavesh Mandalia. The biographical film is all set to go on floors from April 20.
Meanwhile, for a few weeks, Nawazuddin has been the talk of the town for playing a character named Laila in Tiger Shroff-Tara Sutaria starrer Heropanti 2. The Gangs of Wasseypur actor is set to essay the role of an antagonist, whose looks has been doing rounds on the internet. In the poster unveiled by the makers of the Ahmed Khan directorial, Nawazuddin looks really mysterious with a salt-and-pepper look and wearing colossal in his eyes but also like a charming villain.

Meanwhile, the stellar has recently wrapped up the shoot for another forthcoming flick titled Noorani Chehra, which marks the Bollywood debut of Kriti Sanon’s sister Nupur Sanon.
