In case you were missing Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Avneet Kaur’s chemistry after watching Tiku Weds Sheru, we’ve got something for you. ZEE5 has unveiled a new promo in which both actors came together (not really face-to-face though) for a promo. In this promo, they are seen promoting their own projects, Rautu Ka Raaz and Luv Ki Arrange Marriage, respectively.

The promo commences with Nawazuddin being on a call with Avneet. He talks about her screaming while they are shooting for Rautu Ka Raaz (which is obviously not the case because the movie was already shot back when it was Rautu Ki Beli). Nawazuddin jokes that even skeletons can sense that Luv Ki Arrange Marriage is out on ZEE5 and OTTplay Premium.

Their chemistry

Nawazuddin jokes about Avneet’s dialogue delivery and advises her to go lower in volume. He then discusses the case in Rautu Ka Raaz. Meanwhile, Avneet screams about the plotline of Luv Ki Arrange Marriage. The movie is about Ishika (Avneet)’s mother (Supriya Pathak) being in love with her fiancé Luv's (Sunny Singh) father (Annu Kapoor). Nawazuddin leaves a surprised ‘kya’ and Avneet states that no case can be as weird as hers. Standing his ground, Nawazuddin asks if he should leave everything and be her friend. Avneet asked him not to taunt her and tried to set up a meeting.

Rautu Ka Raaz reminder, Nawazuddin style

While Luv Ki Arrange Marriage is out on ZEE5 and OTTplay Premium, Rautu Ka Raaz is scheduled for release on June 28 on the same platforms. Nawazuddin gave us a reminder of the same through his Gangs of Wasseypur dialogue: “Baap ka dada ka bhai ka bhai ka,” but added, “Sab ka entertainment hoga,” instead of “badla lega tera Faisal.”

Who gets married in Luv Ki Arrange Marriage?

Keeping the suspense alive, Nawazuddin asks Avneet whose name should be on the envelope—Ishika or her mother, Priya. Ishika then promises that she will be the one getting married and invites him to the wedding. Interestingly, she does not name Luv in the interaction.
