Naveen Chandra and Karthik Rathnam's next, directed by Vaali Mohan Das wraps up shoot

Vani Bhojan and Amritha Aiyer play the female leads in the film jointly produced by director Vijay, M Rajashekar Reddy, Prakash Raj and Narsing Rao

Narappa, C/O Kancharapalem fame Karthik Rathnam and Naveen Chandra, who last worked together for the village drama Ardha Shatabdham, had joined forces again recently for an untitled film directed by first-time filmmaker Vaali Mohan Das. The film, backed by Sri Shiridi Sai Movies, is bankrolled by several leading names in the industry including B Narsing Rao, actor Prakash Raj, Thalaivii director Vijay and M Rajashekar Reddy. Vani Bhojan and Amritha Aiyer are cast as the female leads in the project that also features Prakash Raj in an important role.

The makers have now announced that the yet-to-be-titled film has wrapped up shoot on Monday in less than a month's time. The team shared a video where the lead actors, director and producers are in a jubilant mood after finishing the shoot. Expressing happiness about the project completion, the production house thanked the entire team for bringing the vision behind the project alive in quick time and said they would be grateful for their support through this journey.

Also conveying a special note of thanks to director Vijay and actor Prakash Raj, the production house talked of its happiness to associate with first time filmmaker Vaali besides the cinematographer Gurudev, the assistants and all the crew who worked on the film. The other technicians part of the project include art director Haribabu, editor Satish and executive producer Siva Mallala.

At the time of the film's launch, Naveen Chandra and Karthik said that the director Vaali's inspiring story was a key factor that motivated them to accept the project.
