'National crush' Triptii Dimri makes FIRST appearance since Animal success; watch viral video

Triptii Dimri played the role of Zoya in Sandeep Reddy Vanga's Animal. The actress recently made her first appearance since the success of the movie.

Triptii Dimri has become the talk of the town! The actress played the role of Zoya in Sandeep Reddy Vanga's film Animal. She shared screen space with Ranbir Kapoor. Triptii and Ranbir's intimate scene from Animal went viral after the film hit the big screen on December 1, 2023. As of today, Triptii has been named 'national crush'. She was spotted at the airport and that marked her first public appearance since the success of Animal.

Triptii Dimri makes first appearance

Triptii Dimri has been lauded for her performance in Sandeep Reddy Vanga's Animal. Although Triptii has limited screen time in the film, the actress' popularity has multiplied x 2 times. Coming back to her airport appearance, Dimri returned to the city from one of her upcoming project's shoot, which was happening in Bhopal.

Triptii kept her airport look cool in a casual outfit. She happily obliged a fan with a selfie while exiting the airport premises. For those who are unaware, after Animal was released on the silver screen, Triptii's Instagram following rose to 3 million followers.

Triptii Dimri's past projects

Before Triptii earned massive popularity because of Animal, the actress was seen in Laila Majnu. She shared screen space with Avinash Tiwary in Sajid Ali's movie. Last year, she played a pivotal role in Qala, which marked Babil Kha's acting debut. The film was released on Netflix. Her upcoming project is Mere Mehboob Mere Sanam with Vicky Kaushal.

About Animal

Animal is Sandeep Reddy Vanga's third film after Kabir Singh and Arjun Reddy. Both of his movies were heavily criticized for toxic masculinity and misogyny. Similarly, Animal has received flak for the same reasons.

Despite the polarising reactions, the movie has emerged as one of the highest-grossing movies of this year. Animal has minted over Rs 350 crore at the box office. Apart from Ranbir and Triptii, the film featured Rashmika Mandanna, Bobby Deol and Anil Kapoor.
