Nandamuri Balakrishna seems to be upset with his nephew Jr NTR over his silence on the arrest of Telugu Desam Party (TDP) chief Chandrababu Naidu.
It seems everything is not well within the NTR clan. The infighting within the family came to the fore during a recent press conference presided over by Telugu superstar and politician Nandamuri Balakrishna. The press interaction was meant to discuss the recent political developments in Andhra Pradesh.
Following the arrest of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) chief Chandrababu Naidu on the charges of corruption, the political landscape in Andhra Pradesh underwent a significant change with Pawan Kalyan and Balakrishna, who were arch rivals in politics joining forces against the ruling dispensation led by YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.
The Telugu film industry stays away from politics
However, all the high-profile members of the Telugu film industry refrained from passing comments on the political matter. Telugu superstar Jr NTR, who is related to Chandrababu Naidu, also steered clear of this political controversy. Many questioned Tarak's silence on the matter concerning the arrest of Chandrababu Naidu, who is married to his aunt.
Many demanded a statement from Tarak condemning the arrest of Chandrababu Naidu, which would have added more zeal to the opposition's protest. However, Tarak refused to engage in political matters. Not just in the political circles, Taran's silence has also not gone down well with the members of the NTR clan.

Balakrishna made no bones about his anger with Tarak's indifference to the family's political situation on the matter. When a reporter asked Balakrishna's reaction to Tarak's silence, Balakrishna dismissed the question as if it didn't bother him. "Bro, I don't care," Balakrishna told the media.
Balakrishna's response has agitated fans of Jr NTR. Many are expressing their dissatisfaction over the way he handled the question.
