N Convention is not rented to one and all as it can be afforded only by the elite people in Hyderabad. The rent itself goes into crores and Nagarjuna earns close to Rs 100 crore through rents every year. There are several packages that the venue offers and only film celebrities and politicians hold their wedding. The convention center has been in operation for close to a decade and one can imagine how many crores Nagarjuna earned all these years.
