Naga Chaitanya to play a fisherman in Chandoo Mondeti's rural drama. Here's what Chay is doing to get into the skin of his character.

It is a known fact that Naga Chaitanya has signed a film under the direction of Chandoo Mondeti, who is high on the success of his last film Karthikeya 2. The film was a roaring hit at the box office and gave director Chandoo a new lease of life. Now, he has joined hands with Naga Chaitatnay for the third time after Premam and Savyasahi. GA 2 Pictures is bankrolling this film on a massive note.

We have come to know that the film will have a coastal setup and Chay Akkineni will be seen as a fisherman in this film. Well, to get into the groove of his character, Chay has landed in Vizag and has headed to a local fisherman's area. He will stay there for the next few days and will be interacting with the fisherman to get the essence of his character.

He will also go fishing for the next two days as per the news. Bunny Vas, the producer has made arrangements for the same and the pictures of Chay interacting with the fishermen and the crowds going beserk in the area have gone viral on social media.

The film is going to be launched on a massive scale in the next few days and the shoot date will also be announced. Naga Chaitanya is going through a rough patch as his last few films have not clicked at the box office. But that has not stopped him from trying out new subjects and Chandoo's film is a part of it.

Chay Akkineni will be seen in a rugged look for this film whose heroine and other star cast is yet to be locked. The news is that a popular heroine will be playing the female lead in this film. Watch this space for more updates on this project.
