Nadhikalil Sundari Yamuna’s trailer reminds you of old Malayalam comedy films
The recently released trailer of the film has caught the attention of viewers, thanks to its comedy scenes that will remind you of old Malayalam movies. Dhyan plays a character similar to his role in Kunjiramayanam where he desires to marry soon. In Nadhikalil Sundari Yamuna, however, Dhyan’s character Kannan appears tougher than Laalu in Kunjiramayanam.
It looks like the film aims at attracting audiences who have enjoyed movies like Madhura Manohara Moham in the theatres. Despite being a small-budget film Madhura Manohara Moham was one of the biggest commercial hits this year . That said, films like Kasargold and Mark Antony posed competition for the Dhyan-starrer in the cinemas.

Pragya Nagra plays the female lead in Nadhikalil Sundari Yamuna which also marks her Malayalam debut. Meanwhile, the technical department includes Faisal Ali (as the cinematographer) and Rathin Radhakrishnan (as the editor).
Nadhikalil Sundari Yamuna’s OTT partner
The streaming rights of Nadhikalil Sundari Yamuna are secured by HR OTT, which had previously bagged the digital rights of films like Madhura Manohara Moham , Neeraja and Lovefully Yours Veda. Nadhikalil Sundari Yamuna is Dhyan’s sixth film to be released this year after Jailer which initially gained attention due to a controversy with the Tamil film Jailer but ultimately failed in the theatres. Dhyan seems to be pinning his hopes on Nadhikalil Sundari Yamuna, which is due to hit the cinemas on September 15.
