Naaradhan trailer: Tovino Thomas and Anna Ben’s intense thriller film is about journalistic ethics

Aashiq Abu's directed film is slated to have a theatrical release on January 27, 2022.

The makers of Naaradhan have just released an intriguing trailer of the film. The Aashiq Abu directed Malayalam language thriller movie stars Tovino Thomas and Anna Ben. The upcoming film marks the third collaboration of the lead hero with the filmmaker.

The trailer glimpses the intense scenes of the film, where Tovino can be seen in two different time frames, one is when he used to work as a news representative at a small place and another when the actor became a successful and famous news anchor at a big news channel. The forthcoming film seems to be showcasing multiple serious topics including, politics, journalism ethics, people’s rights and more.

Meanwhile, Tovino’s latest film Minnal Murali released on Netflix on Friday and has been gathering a lot of appreciation from the fans and the critics as well. The mystery-action film has recently got a special promotion in Dubai. Ain Dubai, the world's largest observation wheel displayed a special AV montage to promote the movie's release. In one of the earlier interviews, the actor mentioned that Minnal Murali’s a dream project for the cast and crew of the movie.

Now, the actor is gearing up for the release of Naaradhan, which has been bankrolled by Santhosh T Kuruvila, Rima Kallingal and Abu, and penned by Unni R, who is famous for writing films such as Leela, Charlie and Prathi Poovankozhi. While Sekhar Menon is the music composer for the forthcoming movie.

His upcoming venture, which was earlier set to release in theatres in April 2021 got delayed due to the pandemic. Naaradhan, which also features Sharafudheen in a pivotal role among others, is now slated to have a theatrical release on January 27, 2022.
