MM Keeravaani composes the music for the rural entertainer directed by Vijay Binni
Sankranthi has regularly been a lucky season for Nagarjuna. After hits like Soggade Chinni Nayana and Bangarraju, the star tests his fortunes with Naa Saami Ranga on January 14. Choreographer Vijay Binni makes his directorial debut with the rural entertainer that also stars Ashika Ranganath, Allari Naresh, Raj Tarun, Mirnaa, Rukshar Dhillon and Nasser in key roles.
The promo of a new song from the film - Dummu Dhukanam - was launched today. The energetic number brings together all the lead stars of the film and Nagarjuna is effortlessly graceful with his spirited moves. Going by the picturisation, the number appears to be a special promo number that’ll appear during the end credits. MM Keeravaani is the composer.

Nagarjuna’s last theatrical release was The Ghost in 2022, a slick action thriller directed by Praveen Sattaru, where he was paired opposite Sonal Chauhan. The star is yet to officially announce his next project. Naa Saami Ranga began only in the third quarter of 2023 but managed to wrap up shoot just in time by the first week of January, with barely a few days left for release.
In his reality show Bigg Boss Telugu, the star revealed that he trusted a choreographer to direct Naa Saami Ranga, after his successful collaboration with Lawrence for Mass and Don many years ago. Disney+ Hotstar has acquired the post-theatrical streaming rights of the entertainer, speculated to be the remake of the Malayalam film Porinju Mariam Jose.
