It has been about 3.5 years since famous actor Sushant Singh Rajput passed away. If claims by various reports are to be believed, the actor died allegedly by suicide on June 14, 2020. He was reportedly suffering from severe depression. However, his close friends and relatives never believed such claims and thus ordered a police inquiry into the matter back then. An investigation into the case is still underway. In a fresh development today, a probe on the Disha Salian death case has been reopened. She briefly managed publicity for actor Sushant Singh Rajput.
Disha Salian's death case under investigation
According to news agency ANI this evening, Mumbai Police SIT has started an investigation into Disha Salian’s death case. Currently, the investigation is underway, and some people associated with the case are being questioned.

“The Maharashtra government has asked the Mumbai police to form a special investigation team (SIT) to re-investigate the death of Disha Salian,” reported the Indian Express two days ago.
The Mumbai police had previously closed the inquiry in 2021, citing a lack of evidence for foul play, reported The Indian Express.
Observably, Disha Salian's tragic suicide occurred on June 8, 2020, just a week before the actor Sushant Singh Rajput's untimely death allegedly by suicide. Also, Sushant Singh Rajput's case was transferred to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for further investigation.
Investigation in both the death cases is still underway.
