MY3 on OTT : Hansika's series is a laugh riot revolving around a man allergic to human touch

The series is helmed by director Rajesh, and is all set to stream on Disney + Hotstar

Director Rajesh M is gearing up for the release for his sophomore project on OTT, MY3, which is billed as a robotic love story. The ace director had made his OTT debut with the episode Mirrage in the anthology Victim, which dropped on Sony LIV. However, MY3 will mark his debut as a web series maker. The series will drop on the platform on September 15.

A fun-filled trailer
The trailer MY3 has just dropped. Actor Jiiva and Arya, who are regular faces in Rajesh's films, released the trailer. Going by the trailer, it looks like Mugen Rao plays a rich entrepreneur in the series. He is so allergic to human touch that the moment before he walks into the office, all the employees are cleared from the office space.

Shanthnu, a robotic scientist steps into his rescue. He creates a humanoid based on the looks of his former girlfriend, played by Hansika. But an error results in the crash of the signal and Shanthnu is forced to send this ex-girlfriend as a robot. Meanwhile, Mugen, who spends a considerable time with the robot, falls in love with the humanoid. Will things work out for Mugen? Will he be able to touch a human being thereafter? Will Hansika reveal that she is not what he thought her to be.

Cast and Crew
While the series stars Hansika, Shanthnu Bhagyaraj and Mugen Rao in the lead, the supporting cast includes Janani, Abishek and Sakthi Raj. Music for the project is by Ganesan, cinematography by Karthik Muthukumar and editing by Ashish. The series is all set to release in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi, Bengali, Marathi and Hindi.

First-look poster
The first-look poster featured Shanthnu Bhagyaraj as a scientist and Hansika as half human and half robot. Shanthnu is seen adjusting the screws of Hansika's robotic arm even as Santhanam is seen laughing on the other side. Just like Rajesh's previous, this series is said to be filled with laughter.
