My Name is Shruthi out on OTT - Here's where you can watch the Hansika starrer

Star heroine, Hansika Motwani headlined a Telugu thriller titled My Name is Shruthi. The suspense thriller was released on November 17, 2023, and ended as a flop at the box office. We at OTTplay have already revealed that Amazon Priime has bagged the digital rights to the film.

Well, the latest news is that My Name is Shruthi has now started streaming on Amazon Prime Video from December 29, 2023, onwards. Hansika was quite kicked about the film and said she was quite nervous and excited to see how the audience receive this film which deals with the skin mafia.

Well, now that the film has been released on OTT, Hansika says that her performance was loved by many and she hopes to receive more feedback once more people start watching the film.

My Name is Shruthi touches upon the menace of the skin mafia and this is the first time a film with this backdrop has been made in the south. Hansika plays the role of Shruthi who works in an Ad agency and gets trapped in the skin mafia. How she comes out of it is the basic story of the film.

The film is directed by Srinivas Omkar and Hansika says that keeping up with the script was the most challenging aspect. "I am very happy with My Name is Shruthi as it raises relevant questions and can be watched by one and all on OTT" says Hansika.
