My continuous services through blood bank and needy help during COVID lockdown have won me the Padma Vibhushan award, says Chiranjeevi

The government of Telangana today felicitated Chiranjeevi for winning the prestigious Padma Vibhushan. A grand event was held today and the megastar spoke his heart out about his social service.

Telangana CM felicitates Chiranjeevi

Megastar Chiranjeevi is on top of his game as he is doing films and is involved in so many social activities simultaneously in Telugu states. Fans of the megastar are super happy as he was awarded the Padma Vibhushan by the government of India a few days ago.

The government of Telangana took a decision a few days ago to felicitate all the Padma awardees and the grand event was held today in Shilpakala Vedika, Hyderabad. The CM of Telangana, Revanth Reddy, felicitated Chiranjeevi, and speaking at the event, the megastar said he is truly honored by the gesture of the Telangana government to felicitate him, Venkaih Naidu, and all the other Padma awardees.

In his detailed speech, Chiranjeevi stated that his good deeds during the COVID lockdown and his social service for over a decade might have paved the way for the Indian government to award him the Padma Vibhushan and he is very happy with this recognition.

Chiranjeevi in a very proud tone said that he wants the blessings of everyone to stay fit and help others. "I will dance, fight, and continue to sizzle in films and at the same time, continue to help my society in whichever way possible," Chiranjeevi concluded. The star hero's daughter-in-law, Upasana, also hosted a grand bash the other day in Hyderabad to celebrate this occasion.

The megastar runs a blood bank in the heart of Hyderabad and has helped many in need over the years. Even in the film industry, he has solved so many issues, helped industry workers, and saved so many lives through his blood bank and other social services.

As of now, she is shooting for his new film Vishwambhara which has Mrunal Thakur as the female lead. Vassistha, who directed Kalyan Ram in Bimbisara is helming this film on a massive scale.
