Music composer Jakes Bejoy is impressed with the team of Salute starring Dulquer Salmaan

Salute starring Dulquer Salmaan has got not only fans excited about the cop drama but also its music director. Jakes Bejoy, a celebrated music director in the Malayalam film industry is currently working on the film directed by Rosshan Andrrews. Bejoy looks mighty impressed with the makers of the movie including the director.

The Ayyappanum Koshiyum composer took to Instagram to post a photo of him with the director and wrote in the caption, “Our entire team at Mindscore has been working for the past 1 month + on #Salute and I must say it has been a lot of learning and a satisfying journey.” He also says that he is impressed with the director’s clarity over his craft and that his trust in the technicians have helped them push for more.

Bejoy also shared that the team is in the final stages of mixing. The music director also took a moment to thank Wayfarer Films, the production house for the movie, for their willingness to provide the team with everything required on the music front.

Helmed by Rosshan Andrrews, the movie is written by Bobby and Sanjay. Salute will see the fan-favourite actor play a police officer again after Lal Jose’s Vikramadithyan. This has made the movie a highly anticipated movie in Mollywood.

Salute also features Manoj K Jayan, Saniya Iyappan, Lakshmi Gopalaswamy and Saikumar in pivotal roles. It marks the Malayalam debut of Bollywood actress Diana Penty. Even though there has been no official release date for the movie, fans can expect an update regarding this soon as the post-production works are nearing an end.
