A photo of Munawar Faruqui holding a woman’s hand had been going viral on the internet. It is widely assumed that the photo was to create buzz about his upcoming music video but Munawar did not confirm the same. The comedian, who won Bigg Boss 17 recently, has finally spoken to the media about the viral picture. His comment will leave you in splits.

Munawar’s reaction

“Arre main hi tha woh,” Munawar joked as the paparazzo told him that the public was shocked seeing the picture. He said that he was the one who wore the red (pink in the picture) kurta to pose for the photo and share it. The comedian then clarified too that he was joking.

Who was the woman?

Soon after the image came out, fans believed that it could be Shraddha Kapoor. The actress had definitely worn a similar kurta but it was not the same. The design on both were different and thus, nobody can be sure who the woman in the photo actually was.

Munawar’s romantic interest?

Despite what happened on Bigg Boss 17 and after it, during Munawar’s first Instagram live, the comedian is being linked to women left, right and centre. He was first linked to Tasheen Rahimtoola, followed by the mystery woman in the photo and the latest is his old friend, Annsh Shekhawat. The video of Munawar holding Annsh’s hands and running away is grabbing the attention of the netizens.

On Munawar’s music video

Munawar is yet to confirm or reveal details about his first music video since winning Bigg Boss 17. It was previously assumed that Jacqueline Fernandez is a part of the video but almost instantly the news of him doing a video with her died down. Munawar’s fans aka Munawar Ki Janta clarified that while he is doing a music video, it is not with Jacqueline and the details for the same will be out soon.
