Vishwak Sen will be seen in an extended special appearance in the film written by Sandeep Raj and directed by Gangadhar
Cinema Bandi fame Vikas Vasista, Hushaaru girl Priya Vadlamani and 30-weds-21's male lead Chaitanya Rao are teaming up for a love triangle titled Mukhachitram. Sandeep Raj, who helmed the national-award-winning Colour Photo, has written the story, screenplay and dialogues for the film. Gangadhar has directed the thriller that also stars Ayesha Khan and Ravishankar in crucial roles. Noted actor Vishwak Sen will be making an appearance as an underdog advocate in the project.
The trailer of Mukhachitram was launched earlier today. The story revolves around the life of a plastic surgeon Raj Kumar and he conveys the significance of his profession to an audience in an auditorium. The glimpse returns to his childhood, friendships and an unlikely romantic triangle. While Raj is married to Mahathi, a tuition teacher by profession, this isn't received well by the former's childhood friend Maya. Raj's life is in disarray when Mahathi and Maya are injured in two accidents.
While Mahathi dies after slipping into a coma, Maya's face is deformed beyond comprehension. Raj lands in a soup when Maya, after transforming her appearance akin to Mahathi with plastic surgery, files a case against him. Ravishankar and Vishwak Sen are the lawyers dealing with the case. The latter even talks of the need for the judiciary to set an example and eliminate the idea of crime from people's minds. What's in store for Raj? Are there any more twists in the tale?
Presented by SKN, Mukhachitram is produced by Pradeep Yadav and Mohan Yella under Pocket Money Pictures. Ramya Chowdary and K Vijay Kumar have co-produced the film which has music by Kaala Bhairava and cinematography by Sreenivas Bejugam. Pavan Kalyan Kodati, who also worked for Major, is the editor and A Vijay is the action director respectively. Ramajogaiaha Sastry, Kittu Vissapragada and Sameer are the lyricists. The film is all set to hit screens on December 9.
