As Marvel has a new superhero series ready to start streaming, the trailer for the show reveals Oscaar Isaac in action
Moon Knight the upcoming series by Marvel has already captured the attention of the dedicated fanbase. The series, which has Oscaar Isaac and Ethan Hawke, has now gotten a new trailer at the Super Bowl.
The 30 second long trailer offers an interesting look at both Isaac and Hawke’s characters. The main highlight is Moon Knight in action, in all his glory.
The new clip is high on action, and also features the titular hero gliding down on enemies, summoning Moon Knight’s crescent darts and preparing for combat. The makers had released a trailer last month, which showcased Isaac fighting his personalities as he discovers his potential as Moon Knight.
Isaac plays Marc Spector, a former soldier who develops Dissociative Identity Disorder, giving him a life as a mild-mannered gift-shop employee named Steven Grant. He will soon discover the powers that he is given by a mysterious deity Khonshu.
Moon Knight also stars Gaspard Ulliel, May Calamawy and Lucy Thackeray. It is the sixth television series in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) produced by Marvel Studios. The six episode series, created by Jeremy Slater, has Mohamed Diab leading the directing team.
Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige told Empire Magazine that Moon Knight is “brutal” and the show is set to start streaming on Disney+ Hotstar from March 30.
