It’s not just the fans of the beloved TV series, Money Heist, who are filled with mixed emotions as the series heads for its final season. The cast of the show, especially Ursula Corbero who plays the dashing character of Tokyo, too are going through the same emotions.
While the fans are eagerly waiting for how the finale of Money Heist is going to end, Corbero recently shared her experience on filming the last few episodes of the show. She has been an integral part of the heist-drama since its first episode. According to a report by Harper’s Bazaar, Corbero said she felt emotional while filming the last few episodes and she “endless tears” and experienced “pains” in her stomach.
She also expressed her gratitude towards the show and her character Tokyo. “I will miss Tokyo so much, but at the same time, I think she’ll be a part of me forever,” she said.

Corbero also talked about her initial astonishment when she was offered the role of Tokyo on the famous Money Heist (also known as La Casa de Papel). As a lover of comedy, she felt people would never believe that she could pull off a role like Tokyo’s. She also felt that playing Tokyo on screen was intense. “It was a big surprise to me, because I thought, Oh, they’ll never trust me to do these kinds of characters. And now, it’s just the opposite,” she said.
