The actor said in a recent interview that the movie is a fantasy adventure that is similar to tales that people may have heard as children or read in Amar Chitra Katha. Malaikottai Vaaliban, the wrestler he portrays, is a nomadic figure shrouded in mystery.
Aside from Malayalam, the fantasy movie is scheduled to premiere on December 25 in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Hindi. Given Lijo Jose Pellissery's prior critically acclaimed works, including Angamaly Diaries and Jallikettu, there is a great deal of anticipation for his first collaborative project with Mohanlal.
