Mohanlal drops L360 update; to release the first look and official title on THIS date

Mohanlal is all set to kickstart a new phase of his acting career in 2025, with some highly promising projects in the pipeline. The legendary superstar of Malayalam cinema is teaming with National Award-winning filmmaker Tharun Moorthy, for his 360th outing in films. The filming of the project, which has been tentatively titled L360, was wrapped up recently. After a long wait, Mohanlal recently took to his official social media handles and dropped a big announcement on the L360 first look and official title release.

The veteran actor, who is set to play a common man in the upcoming Tharun Moorthy directorial recently took to his official social media handles and dropped a big update on the project. Mohanlal dropped a special poster of the upcoming project with a caption that reads: “Tomorrow. 5 PM. Stay Tuned. #L360.” Now, the recent updates suggest the makers are planning to drop the long-awaited official title and the first look poster of the upcoming Mohanlal-Shobana starrer, on November 8, 2024, at 5 PM.

L360: Here’s what we know
As reported earlier, Mohanlal is appearing in the role of a small-town-based taxi driver named Shanmugham, who shares a rare emotional bond with his car, in L360. Veteran actress Shobana is appearing as the female lead in the project. The upcoming Tharun Moorthy directorial marks the reunion of the much-loved onscreen duo, after a long gap of over 15 years. The project is jointly scripted by Sunil KR, and director Tharun.
Along with Mohanlal and Shobana, the untitled film features a massive star cast including Maniyanpilla Raju, Farhaan Faasil, Aarsha Chandini Baiju, Binu Pappu, and others in the supporting roles. Jakes Bejoy has composed the songs and original score. Shaji Kumar handles the cinematography. L360 is bankrolled by M Renjith, under the popular banner Rejaputhra Films. The upcoming family entertainer is expected to be released on January 23, 2025, as Mohanlal’s first release of next year.
