A new season of Huma Qureshi's series Mithya is upcoming on ZEE5 (OTTPlay Premium).
Huma Qureshi is all set to reprise her Juhi role in the upcoming second season of Mithya. Titled Mithya - The Darker Chapter, the series is directed by Kapil Sharma and also stars Avantika Dassani as Juhi's half-sister, Rhea. Ahead of the release, the makers dropped a new poster featuring Juhi and Rhea aka Huma and Avantika.
After the gripping trailer of the show the makers dropped an intense new poster from Mithya - The Darker Chapter. The poster features the lead actors - Huma Qureshi and Avantika Dassani flaunting their intense and vengeful expressions.
Sharing the new poster on their social media account, ZEE5 wrote in the caption: "Juhi may have left the past behind, but the past has found her once again. #MithyaTheDarkerChapter coming on 1st November, only on ZEE5!"

In the first season, Juhi, portrayed by Huma, assumes the role of a Hindi literature professor, constantly facing conflicts with her student Rhea, played by Avantika Dassani. What begins as a classroom dispute quickly turns into a toxic psychological war between the two women, which in turn leads to tragic results and unexpected revelations.
Earlier, sharing her excitement about the upcoming season, Huma Qureshi said that the show let her explore a different side of her as an actor as she plays a vulnerable and vengeful character in the show.
"I am grateful to the makers for thinking of me for this exciting, meaty role and am looking forward to the next chapter in my character's life," she added.
Directed by Kapil Sharma and produced by Applause Entertainment in association with Rose Audio Visual Production, Mithya also stars Rajit Kapoor, Indraneil Sengupta, Avantika Akerkar, Rushad Rana, and Krishna Bisht in supporting roles.
The trailer of the upcoming season of Mithya shows Juhi, who is a famous author, trying to enjoy the success of her new book, but is immediately shocked by accusations of plagiarism from another author. Then comes Naveen as author Amit Chaudhary in the scene. The trailer also hints that other family members are being sacrificed in this battle to gain love, respect, and acceptance between the two sisters.
