Avantika Dassani is another debutant, who has been gathering appreciation across OTT. The young actress, who is also Bhagyashree's daughter, has recently entered in the acting world with Zee5's Mithya that stars Huma Qureshi. The suspense thriller series was released with mix reviews, however, the cast including the debut actress has been gathering a lot attention from the audience and critics as well. The 24-year-old actress recently opened up on her comparison with the other star kids such as Ananya Panday and Janhvi Kapoor.
In a recent interview with India.com, Avantika mentioned that the comparison isn’t fair. She further added, "Everything creative is subjective. What resonates with me as an audience might not resonate with you. I don’t think there should be a comparison." She also said that every artist should be judged on their performance and they shouldn't be compared with each others.
Opening up more to the portal, Avantika told them that she has worked hard for her craft and hasn't been given anything on the silver platter.
Meanwhile, Avantika's mother, the Maine Pyar Kiya fame Bhagyashree has recently been seen participating in a new show titled Smart Jodi alongside her husband Himalay Dassani
Mithya follows Juhi Adhikari (Huma), a professor of Hindi literature, who finds herself in the middle of complex relationships. Also, with the arrival of a new student, Riya Raajguru (essayed by Avantika) in her life, trouble follows her.
The ZEE5 original series also features Parambrata Chatterjee, Indraneil Sengupta and Rajit Kapur in key roles.
