Directed by Shantanu Bagchi, the thriller is coming to theatres on 13th May 2022
Sidharth Malhotra starrer Mission Majnu is a film that audiences have been waiting for. Now to the excitement of fans, the release date for the movie has been announced.
The actor took to social media to announce the news. He posted a photo of himself from the movie on Instagram to make the announcement.
The highly anticipated spy thriller will be coming to theatres across the country on 13th May 2022, as revealed by the star.
The star has once again confirmed that the movie will be based on real incidents. The movie will follow a RAW agent in a covert mission that was pivotal in taking down Pakistan's nuclear ambitions.
Mission Majnu is written by Parveez Shaikh, Aseem Arrora and Sumit Batheja and is directed by Shantanu Bagchi. This will be Bagchi’s first movie in the director's chair.
Mission Majnu is backed by Ronnie Screwvala, Amar Butala and Garima Mehta.
The movie also stars Rashmika Mandanna, in her Bollywood debut. Parmeet Sethi, Zakir Hussain, Kumud Mishra, Sharib Hashmi and Mohsin Khan are also part of the cast.
Malhotra was last seen in Shershaah as the late Captain Vikram Batra. The movie is available to stream on Amazon Prime Video.

Mandanna is also working on the big project film Pushpa with Allu Arjun in the lead. The pan-Indian movie will be released in five languages.
