Miss Universe Harnaaz Sandhu teaches Trevor Noah how dance to like a Bollywood diva: Watch

American talk-show host Trevor Noah danced to a few classic Bollywood steps as the world watched Miss Universe Harnaaz Sandhu teach him how the desis do it.

Harnaaz Kaur Sandhu from India, who was crowned Miss Universe 2021, went on Trevor Noah's The Daily Show in America and made the whole world go gaga over her with those Bollywood thumkas. Trevor, who had joined in the dance, however, needs a little more practise.

On Friday, the beauty queen took to her Instagram account and shared a video of her with celebrated American talk-show host Trevor Noah.

Joking about how Bollywood dance is all about the "hips", she captioned a short clip from her segment on his show as, "It was such a pleasure to share the stage with one and only Trevor Noah. Thankyou The Daily Show for having me on your show! Trevor Noah remember it's all in the hips! Bollywood is watching!"

The now-viral video shows a nervous Trevor trying out Bollywood hook steps as Harnaaz teaches him how to do it right.

"I will teach you four simple steps," Harnaaz can be heard saying. To which, Trevor replied saying, "four simple steps, okay" and followed Harnaaz's instructions like a good pupil.

"Bollywood is all about, the neck, the hand and the hips" and taught Trevor how to twist his hip and move the hands, which the host found tricky and left saying he was going to practise at home. The audience was in splits.

Miss Universe's official Instagram account, too, shared a picture of her from The Daily Show and then a Reel where the beauty queen can be heard talking about her weight gain and how trolls have not been able to bring her down as she wants to "set an example for young girls" that the power is always "within" them.

The 22-year-old Miss Universe Harnaaz Sandhu from India has been visiting different parts of the world since winning the coveted title.
