Brahma Mishra, best known for playing Lalit in the Amazon Prime Video web series Mirzapur, is no more. He died at the age of 36. According to various reports, the actor was found dead under mysterious circumstances.
It is reported that the Versova Police found Brahma’s mortal remains in his flat. By the time they reached, the body was reportedly half decomposed. The police are now awaiting the post mortem reports to further speak on the matter.
The actor is said to have complained about chest pain on November 29. He was allegedly given pain medications and sent home soon. While media reports declare that he died of a heart attack, an official confirmation about his cause of death is expected soon.
The police arrived at Brahma's Versova flat reportedly three days after his death. The neighbours allegedly alerted the cops when they noticed a foul smell from the house. Reportedly, upon further inspection, Brahma’s mortal remains were found in his flat’s bathroom, next to the commode.
Brahma was living alone in the house for four years. His brother Sandeep Mishra has been informed about his sudden demise. He has left from Bhopal to conduct the last rites of his brother in Mumbai.
Among the celebs, Brahma’s Mirzapur co-star aka Lalit’s Munna took to Instagram to share the news. "RIP Bramha Mishra Our Lalit is no more. Let's pray for him everyone," he wrote along with a photo of them together.
While Brahma had just gained popularity, thanks to Mirzapur, he was also a part of Dangal, Badrinath Ki Dulhania, Manjhi: The Mountain Man and Hawaizaada, among other projects. RIP, Brahma.
