Mickey Mouse made its debut on November 18, 1928, which is one of the earliest animated cartoons of Disney. Walt Disney himself had lent his voice for Mickey Mouse. Lee Millar and Billy Bletcher had lent their voices for Pluto and Pete, respectively. This year, Mickey Mouse turned 95 years old.

Disney's 100th anniversary

The Walt Disney Company commemorated its 100th anniversary on October 16 this year. During this centennial celebration, Disney has shown special activations, tie-ins, and moments that will highlight what has made this company so special to so many over the last 100 years.

Mr. Mouse Takes A Trip

While celebrating Mickey Mouse’s 95th birthday, Disney dropped an unseen video of Walt Disney and Billy Bletcher recording their voices for Mr. Mouse Takes A Trip. The 8-minute short movie was released in 1940, which was produced by Walt Disney, and released by RKO Radio Pictures. The movie was directed by Clyde Geronimi.
