Neena Gupta's daughter and ace fashion designer Masaba Gupta and her husband Satyadeep Misra embraced parenthood for the first time as they welcomed a baby girl on October 11. The couple officially announced the arrival of their daughter in a cute Instagram post.
It's a girl for Masaba Gupta and Satyadeep Misra
On October 12, a while ago, Masaba Gupta and her husband Satyadeep Misra made a collaborative post on their Instagram handles to announce the arrival of their baby daughter.
The couple shared a picture where the text read, "Our special little girl arrived on a very special day. 11.10.2024. Masaba and Satyadeep." Their post also features an adorable glimpse of the baby.

Reacting to the delightful news, Sonam Kapoor wrote, "I’m so excited and happy." Richa Chadha commented, "congratulations." Dia Mirza wrote, "Welcome to our world baby girl" Shilpa Shetty penned, "Congratulations my darling"
Satyadeep Misra on embracing parenthood
In an exclusive conversation with OTTplay, Satyadeep Misra opened up about his sentiment regarding embracing parenthood with his wife Masaba. "It's the first time for both of us (laughs). I am anxious and excited in equal measure," he said.
Masaba Gupta & Satyadeep Misra's pregnancy announcement
Earlier in April, the couple announced their pregnancy in a unique post on Instagram. They shared three pictures on where the first snap has a pregnant woman emoji, the second one has heart eyes avatar and the third picture has two of them sitting on the floor, cuddling.
Sharing the post, Masaba wrote, “In other news - Two little feet are on their way to us! Please send love,blessings and banana chips ( plain salted ONLY) #babyonboard #mom&dad.”
As soon as she shared the news, her mother and actress Neena Gupta shared Masaba's post on her own Instagram and wrote, "Humare bacchon ka baccha aane Wala hai. Isse zyada Khushi ki baat Kya ho sakti hai (My children are about to have a child. What could be a happier news?)
Meanwhile, Masaba Gupta and Satyadeep Mishra got married on January 27 and announced the marriage on social media by sharing a photo of them.
They wrote: “Married my ocean of calm,this morning.Here’s to many many lifetimes of love,peace,stability & most importantly laughter. And thanks for letting me pick the caption – this is gonna be great!
For the uninitiated, Masaba Gupta was earlier married to filmmaker Madhu Mantena whereas Satyadeep Misra was earlier married to actress Aditi Rao Hydari. Aditi is now engaged to Sidhdharth while Madhu is married to Ira Trivedi.
On the professional front, Masaba, who is a well-known designer made her acting debut with Netflix show Masaba Masaba, which also starred Neena Gupta and Satyadeep. Satyadeep made his acting debut in the year 201 with Rani Mukerji and Vidya Balan starrer No One Killed Jessica. He later also starred in Bombay Velvet, Vikram Vedha, and Tanaav.
