Despite giving several films, Dakota Johnson rose to fame immensely for Fifty Shades trilogy, where she played the role of Anastasia Steele, with whom Christian Grey (Jamie Dornan) endeavours his kinky desires, and later becomes his love of life.

Guess you all are quite impressed with Johnson's performance in the trilogy. Now it's time to watch her as a superhero. Dakota Johnson is all set to make her big Marvel debut with Madame Web. The news has been making quite headlines, and netizens gave their mixed reviews since last year.

Madame Web's Origin

Madame Web is an exclusive superhero published by Marvel Comics. The superhero first appeared in 1980’s The Amazing Spider-Man comic series, created by writer Denny O'Neil and artist John Romita Jr. Madame Web was created as a supporting character of Spider-Man. In the series, she is depicted as an old woman, who has Myasthenia Gravis, and is survived through life-support machines.

Hence, as Madame Web has always been shown as an old woman, Dakota Johnson’s playing the role made huge controversies with doubts like – how Marvel is going to exhibit Dakota as an old woman?, Will she appear as an old woman?, As Madame Web is on life-support, how will Dakota be doing action sequences?, etc.
