Vishal's Mark Antony has been hitting the headlines frequently for the last few days for various reasons. The trailer of the movie was unveiled a few days ago, leaving cinephiles thrilled. The actor was in Mumbai recently to participate in a media interaction after launching the Hindi trailer.

He also paid a visit to a popular temple in the city from where he posted a picture on his social media page. The gangster drama directed by Adhik Ravichandran will be released on September 15.

The actor left a smile on film buffs' faces when he posted a picture along with SJ Suryah from the hectic promotional activities. After completing the promotional tour in Mumbai, the duo will be visiting the Telugu states next. Selvaraghavan, Sunil and Ritu Varma will be seen essaying key roles in the project.

GV Prakash has composed music for Mark Antony. The makers have released the fourth single Karuppana Saamy now. It has been titled Veerabhadra Saamy in Telugu. The movie will have a simultaneous release in both languages. However, its Hindi version will hit the screens only on September 22.

Release issue for Mark Antony?

News has been doing the rounds that the film might not be released on the announced date owing to a legal hassle. Apparently, Lyca Productions has approached the court requesting a stay in the release as Vishal owes a huge sum to the production house.

However, producer Vinoth Kumar has denied the same. The movie was supposed to clash with Chandramukhi 2. But the horror drama has now been postponed. It has to be seen if Mark Antony would be able to utilize the solo release advantage.
