Karthi and Rana Daggubati join forces
Vishal has now announced that Karthi and Rana Daggubati are all set to come together to launch the trailer of the Tamil and Telugu version respectively. Taking to his social media handle, Vishal announced, "Due to technical issues, the release of #MarkAntonyTrailer will happen today @ 6:30 PM during the launch event in Chennai. Sorry for the inconvenience and looking forward for your wishes & support ! Welcome to the #WorldOfMarkAntony from 6:30 PM today ! Trailer wil be launched by @Karthi_Offl in Tamil & by @RanaDaggubati in Telugu #MarkAntonyFromSep15 (sic)."
SJ Suryah and Vishal collaboration
This is the first time that SJ Suryah and Vishal are getting together for the film. Mark Antony is said to be based on the concept of time travel and this time around, it happens over telephone, going by the film's teaser. Going by the film's teaser, SJ Suryah and Vishal's character travel back and forth in time to take revenge on their nemesis. Their retro looks had already set the internet on fire.

Star cast and crew
The film features Ritu Varma as the leading lady, Sunil, Selvaraghavan, Abhinaya, Kingsley and YG Mahendran. Music for the quirky flick is by GV Prakash Kumar, cinematography by Abhinandan Ramanujam, and editing by Vijay Velukutty. Peter Hein has choreographed the action sequences, along with Dhilip Subbarayan, Kanal Kannan, and Dinesh Subbarayan. The film is bankrolled by S Vinod Kumar. Mark Antony will be released in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam. Zee5 has acquired the film's digital rights and Zee Tamil has bagged satellite rights.
