Directed by R. Yuvan, the film presents Sunny Leone in a never-before-seen avatar. She plays the role of a princess who returns as a spirit. The film is produced by Sai Sudhakar Kommalapati and presented by Kommalapati Sridhar under the Viision Movie Makers banner. Notable actors Satish and Yogi Babu feature in key roles, with music by Javed Riaz and cinematography by Deepak Menon.

While the horror-comedy genre is familiar territory in Telugu cinema, Mandira stands out due to Sunny Leone’s unique presence.
