Mandira Bedi’s Six to premiere on Disney+ Hotstar Quix

Six, starring Mandira Bedi, will stream on Disney+ Hotstar later this month,

Mandira Bedi has been gracing the Indian television screen since we can remember and has gradually transitioned to making her presence known in films as well. Her latest project Six, which is a segment in the Disney+ Hotstar Quix series, is all set to make its premiere on the streaming service on May 27.

The plot of Six revolves around Kashish Sura, a successful entrepreneur who is murdered in cold blood on New Year’s Eve. In the midst of this murder mystery, a team of investigating officers led by Ruhana Dhulaap (Bedi) find themselves linking the stories of the six suspects. These suspects are Sura’s romantic interests and are unaware of each other’s existence. The trailer for the series was shared by Disney+ Hotstar on their Twitter page on May 21.

Talking about her role as a gritty investigating officer in Six the lead actress revealed exclusive information about the series to Latestly. "The series is so fast-paced and nerve-wracking, that it’ll keep audiences on the edge of their seats right till the end. I had to play a serious role as an investigating officer, something that I was pining to do. I can say for sure, this one’s going to have you glued all the way till you find out what happens,” said Bedi.

Disney+ Hotstar Quix is a collection of shows that feature short episodes released on a daily basis. Other Bollywood stars who are involved in this Disney+ Hotstar project are Shreyas Talpade, Poonam Dhillon, Sandeepa Dhar, and Barkha Singh. Six which also stars Nauheed Cyrusi, Dipannita Sharma and Sid Makkar, will stream on Disney+ Hotstar from May 27.
